Lotte Duty Free ensures a seamless return experience for travelers, allowing for cancellations and exchanges of unused products within 15 days of pick-up at designated airport counters. Please note that all returned items must be in their original packaging with the duty-free seal intact and accompanied by a valid receipt.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Request
Log into your Lotte Duty Free account and submit a return request through the 'Order History' section before your flight departure or within the 15-day grace period.
- 2.Inspection and Documentation
Present your passport, boarding pass, and the original purchase receipt at the Lotte Duty Free service desk for physical inspection of the goods.
- 3.Product Surrender
Hand over the unopened merchandise to our staff members at the airport or ship them to our designated returns center as instructed by the customer service representative.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once the items are verified as authentic and unused, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your bank's policy.
